GBSD 的工作不是把注意力拉回來,而是看見注意力為什麼想離開——
看見逃逸衝動如何被訓練,看見逃逸如何變成捕獲,

最後重新組裝一個能回應、而不是只會逃離的主體。
GBSD's work is not to pull attention back, but to see why it wanted to leave —
to see how the escape impulse was trained, how escape becomes capture,
to insert a koan-interruption before automatism completes itself,
and to finally reassemble a subject capable of response rather than only flight.
Here, GBSD also carries a second meaning: Ground the Body, Break the Automatic Line, Seeing the Structure, and Decondition and Reassemble.
It does not suppress distraction. It first grounds the body and interrupts automatic reaction; then it helps us see how distraction is assembled by language, habit, emotion, education, capitalism, digital media, and social systems. Once the structure becomes visible, habitual patterns can loosen, and new ways of understanding and responding can be reassembled.
